As Visual Creative Director in the NatWest Marketing team I led the design direction for a complete suite of social assets and provided ongoing creative guidance to agency partners throughout the rollout.

The briefHow do you grab the attention of 25–30-year-olds who don’t bank with you — and get them to care about their credit score? That was the challenge. We needed to cut through the noise, earn their interest, and drive them to NatWest’s Know Your Credit Score website with something that felt relevant, useful, and just a little unexpected.








Check it, Change it, Boost itTo capture attention, our approach had to be relevant, exciting and just curious enough to spark action. We developed a range of creative concepts that tapped into Gen Z’s ambitions — and their love of astrology — framing credit confidence as part of their bigger life story.
